Character Request - Scitis Verum 2.0
Name: Scitis Verum
Age: 24
Group: Military Police.
Rank/Profession: Squad Leader - Commissariat Initiative, due to his abilities to put his duty before his peers he is in charge of any event that regards traitors of any nature. Due to his extraordinary ability of Leadership, and being able to easily adapt to the most simple to the most complicated of situations which are needed in such occasion.
Appearance: Scitis is a strange Man when it comes to looks, he is one that could definitely stand out in a crowd when it comes to his peers. He stands at 5’11 with a build that shows he is athletic but, he is not at all above average when it came to Muscles but he can work longer than the average individual. He had slicked back brown hair, this goes to match his pale complexion that always blends in with his usual Attire. His usual attire ends up as being a combination of Black and Red of his Uniform, he has done it to make sure that in missions he stands out to allies and Civilians in the walls. This, of course, comes with the drawback of him being extremely visible to Titans as well, due to his training through his entire Career as a Soldier he has focused on being able to slice through any situation when it comes to it.
Identity: “This world has two kinds of people. The ones who can take the heat and those that do worse to avoid it. I am someone who can’t stand for that when you join the Military it is your job to ensure the safety of the people around you. If anyone should know this it is the superiors, when it came to this I was chosen above all else to decide this. I am the Captain of the Commissariat Initiative. I was one who was in charge of finding and punishing those who run from their duty or commit acts of treason. I am one of the few who volunteered to help set up the system, due to my commitment it was rewarded with being put in charge of this system of enforcement. When they announced it was now in place and I was in charge there was a surge of Cadets and Officers that panicked thinking they shouldn’t be policed. When they went to leave I had to intervene, those who got out were left out to the Titans. Those who were still on the walls were given the chance to go back into Cadet training and relearn what it is to be a soldier. I wish it was easier but I am in a position where morals have no place there is only the Law. He wasn’t going to let some random Soldiers get in the way if they were to make Humanity vulnerable with their inability to commit to the task at hand he had no place for them."
Preferences:
-Likes:
Selfless acts: Scitis being one that likes to actively assist where he can he always enjoys to see someone do something for another, nothing puts a bigger grin on his face than those who help with no reward in mind.
Sevyne Reizbar: Ever since he was raised in rank they always were rivals, they both were at each other in competitions but if they ever needed one another Scitis would always bite his tongue and just help her out.
Recruits: Whenever he sees young blood they will quickly gain his respect, he loves to see those who can put their lives on the line above everyone else to help others.
-Dislikes:
Traitors: With his history with his Parents he has a huge issue with traitors, he is usually very good with people and giving people chances.
Criminals: Depending on the crimes he is more forgiving but, he hates those who make life harder for people then it already is.
-Fears: To lose the public image, to have people not trust the military at all anymore. That would be crippling to the organization as a whole.
-Goal(s): To regain land from the Titans, he remains as a Garrison Member to have stability but he does go along missions where the Garrison is required. You can never get more land if you can’t keep the peace among people at home.
Backstory: Scitis was born on the outskirts of the village named Dauper, a hunting not quite being with the people his family just made a Home there. Through his childhood, his dream was to help hunting so he would offer his aid, even when he was a child he would help the elders with making food and such. While he was there he would usually spend time specifically with elders with pull of the hunting parties. When he was finally the age of 8 he was able to assist in carrying the Animals that were hunted and had the opportunity to learn how to get the meat out of them and skin them. He would bring his share of food to his Family every night when he reached the age of 12 he was allowed on his first hunt with the heads of the Village. He was very adept at doing tracking through sight and sound, he was horrible to the Village’s special smelling of their prey. He learned it the old fashioned way and was able to track through tracks and cries of Animals.
While he was working on his Hunting senses he was able to build a huge skill in Strength and Agility, he was a scholar when it came to creatures. His strength was built with traversing through thick forests and moves Logs out of his way and carrying the Animals he hunted alone. He was able to learn how to with his surroundings he would learn how to react to specific threats and was able to have almost lightning reflexes when he is put against the wall. Let it be something like a Bear or something along that like he was able to hunt one and leave without having thought he could be hit, over time he became one of the elite hunters in the Tribe bringing him honor and a new home. When he was 19 years of age he heard that the Walls were hit and that they all needed to abandon the area if they weren’t immediately with the Village. Scitis was abandoned by his family while he was on a Hunt, they were supposed to go together but they left before he could come back. Later he learned that each family member he had was killed by the Titans, he didn’t know how to feel at that point that was when it happened.
He met one of the Military Police that had family nearby, they offered to bring him into the Military seeing that he was capable through his Training in hunting. When he heard that there was a purpose above his own he joined in a heartbeat and didn’t ever look behind, while he was training he was fast-tracked since they were looking for replacements. He spent most of his time with Sevyne a recruit like him that adopted the opposite of what ideals he had. That only gravitated him towards her, while they were in training they always competed through everything. They both grew as people as they went on, she went from avoiding people to being warmer and more accessible. While Scitis was going through he grew a bit colder seeing that the Military was nothing like it should be. By the end, Scitis was in seventh place for the top 10 of the Recruits. He found himself in a role in the Military Police so he could take a role in protecting those who still have families directly instead of just wandering around outside. Through his career, he made sure to abide by the law, and where he could convince comrades getting in trouble. He never associated anyone who committed crimes in his eyes, and where he could intervene without being directly at the site. As he bided his time he was approached by a Senior Officer, he was being considered to be in a role in the Commissariat. He soon was given more information about his position, it was not yet implemented but they were going to apply it soon. He would be a form of execution and insurance squad to enforce his peers follow laws, not letting their emotions get in the way of the task at hand. Something to give soldiers to fear before they think about going for rogue or committing acts of treason. The two years that Scitis spent clean was rewarded, he was put in charge of the Commissariat for his honesty and integrity he was given the position of Captian. From that day forward he swore to do all he can to enforce the will of his superiors, and correct those who choose to ignore the call of duty.

Re: Character Request - Scitis Verum 2.0
So, there are a bunch of minor issues, but otherwise the app is quite unique, so this is certainly a character I do want RP-ing around here. However:
-Scitis "took a role in the Military Police"? I assume this was a typo or something, since he's garrison
-He wouldn't have climbed the chain of command by telling on corrupt superiors; Alan Katlewande, Captain of the Military Police, used to be continually frustrated about the fact 90% of the MP is corrupt, and whatever superior has the authority to do anything either can't (Nile Doc, he can't fire 90% of his organization) or won't (more often than not the one who can do something is even more corrupt than the ones below him).
Being an MP that does that sort of sport would really get him to surely stay a low rank, or perhaps to have actually been spotted and taken in by Alan when he was alive.
-I don't think the Commissariat should deal in corruption. Corruption is fickle, it needs proof, and is best left as the main job of MPs (which they don't do, but that's another story altogether). Traitors, however, and people who disrespect orders on the battlefield, are really obvious and really easy to spot and shoot. This would include both cowards and hero-wannabes, though, since both can jeopardize an operation by disobeying their superiors
-I am not 100% on the statline with its explanation, but I think I'll let cornix handle that part. She's got more experience with extra points
Aside from that, everything looks rather good!

Re: Character Request - Scitis Verum 2.0
So about the stats, there is really only one complaint that I have that is linked to the whole stat thingy and that is the ages your character has.
Given that now it is very common for kids below the age of ten to take part in hunts, esspecially if it's only taking animals apart and such I don't think your initital age for him to be allowed makes sense. From that point onwards we just continue having the problem for your character to be too old for alot of things he is doing. One of them being the age at which he joins the military, but I will talk about that later.
I think the increased stat points would make more sense if your character joined the whole hunting thing like 6 years earlier and from that point onwards started basically building up muscle. Otherwise it does not make much sense given that him carrying animals and such is definitly not as heavy of an exercise as the average trainee would do at roughly that age. If you still want to stay with the age at which he started hunting and so on you should really make him have some reason why he built up that much strength.
Then about the age at which he joins the military, this does not have much to do with the stats.
If he joins the military at 19 it does not make much sense for him to be captain at 22, given the training itself takes roughly three years. Also if your character trained together with Sevyne (who joined the military at 15, thus finishing it at 18, and now being a squadleader and such) there is also a wrong alignment in terms of ages. So your character either joined the military at 17 or is now 24....
Otherwise, I really like your character and I think the general branch he is working in is really interesting! Can't wait to roleplay! (But I already told that to you yesterday)
